The Baez Law Firm has been fighting the Atascosa County for quite some time. We have gone to Court on numerous occasions, but the Sheriff has failed to appear in any of the hearings. The family wants to know why? Why is the Atascosa County so against helping the Bohlke family solve his murder. Why only speculations can be given. New evidence has been provided to the authorities, and all the family can do is wait. Well, NO MORE!!!

Help us exhumed the body of the former Mayor of Hollywood Park, Mayor William Bill Bohlke. Mr. Baez is making a promise to the family...we will exhumed the body in the interest of Justice. Why does a family have to solve their own family member's murder. If you have read the news lately, there is corruption in Atascosa County. But the family won't back down.

Two local News station have removed ALL links in the Bohlke case, why? This case goes far beyond that anyone else can imagine. Just like Ms. Bohlke said recently: "we need heroes." Where are they? Well, here is your chance to STAND for JUSTICE, JUSTICE FOR BILL.

The efforts continue in the fight for Bill Bohlke

 

Recently, State Representative Lyle Larson issued a formal letter to the Attorney General of Texas, Gregg Abbot and many other elected officials.  This was in an effort to exhume the body of Former Mayor of Hollywood Park, Bill Bohlke and conduct and autopsy.

Authorities in Atascosa County ruled the death to be accidental. They ruled that a donkey was to blame. They said, case close. To this date, that is in fact what they claim. But why? Why would they not perform an autopsy? Why would they not look into the infamous "boot prints" on the back of his body? How about the fact that Bill did not bleed? No donkey bites? Hoof marks? Why?

Former Mayor Bill Bohlke was Not killed by a Donkey....Atascosa County Needs to Open a Murder Investigation

On August 27, 2012, former mayor of the city of Hollywood Park, William "Bill" Bohlke, went to his ranch to sell a bull....he never came back! That night, his family were telling the authorities, he was murdered, they did not listen.

The investigation took an initial report of ONE page and a supplemental report of two. That was it! They found the culprit. Case close. This is what the report says "Reporting officer believed at this time because of the actions of the bull and injuries that William Bohlke received, that William Bohlke was trampled by livestock."

Today, a year and a half later, the family continues to fight and ask that the Atascosa County authorities Re-Open an investigation to determine the true death of Bill.
