Run Mike Run!!!

Alamo CrossFit head coach and accomplished ultra runner Mike Martinez is running from Ft. Worth, Texas to San Antonio, Texas. Sure, many people feel this is insane...it's hot and the path will be treacherous...but in Mike's view, no sacrifice is nearly enough when compared to the sacrifices America's wounded warriors have made.

Mike Martinez started a 300 plus miles run today from Dallas Forth worth to San Antonio. All proceeds will be for the benefit of the Wounded Warriors. Iraq war vet and US Army officer Mike went to "the sandbox" and saw firsthand what the ravages of war do to soldiers. The pain and the suffering and ultimately the what now. Mike states:"I lost a great friend in Iraq and I made myself a promise that I would never forget the sacrifices they made for our country.
